Notice under section 13(2) of the Security Interest and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. The undersigned, being the authorized officer of Saraswat Co-operative Bank Ltd., authorized for taking action under the said Act, issues this notice regarding the outstanding dues in respect of the financial assistance granted to Mrs. Manjusha Kamlesh Malvankar. The bank has granted financial assistance aggregating to Rs. 17, 31, 000 sanctioned on 26.08.2019, against various assets creating security interest in favor of the bank. The notice calls upon the borrower to repay the outstanding liabilities within 60 days from the date of this notice. |
